    All Grain setup

    My all grain set up made from wood I had in my shed, I need to raise the back burner up 4 inches and will have a ceramic tile under to keep heat off of wood. Only cost me the valve that I installed on the hot liquor pot in the back, everything else was something My friends and I had on hand

    Mr Beer Northwest Pale ale

    Taste tested a bottle after one week of sitting in my closet, taste good but has a small rubbing alcohol smell, closest thing I can compare it to, but over all it was clear and taste good. Think fermenting temp got to 80 one day. Would the fermenting temp getting high cause this?
