    You could use a yeast with only 10% abv tolerance if you want more residual sweetness. Looks like a good recipe. I too am curious about the late addition of honey. Worried about stressing yeast or something?

    When to add the pumpkin in a pumkin ale?

    I got an amazing pumpkin flavor doing the following: 60 oz of canned pumpkin unbaked (its already cooked so no point) with 2# of 6 raw in mesh bag mashed to help contain pumpkin.     Habanero Capsicumel

    Started mine today as well. I used 2.2 # of honey and s-04 so I doesn't have to age as long with only 10% abv tolerance. I used 2 habaneros previous comments claim one isn't hot enough if you rack to secondary. I figure I can always back sweeten if I want it sweeter to compliment the heat.
