    Keg refurbishing / Corrosion issue

Hi all, I just picked up some cheap ball lock kegs and I'm in the middle of refurbishing them. I've done this a few times before so I have an idea of what I am doing, but by no means am I an expert. I'm having an issue with a very slow leak from the liquid side post of one of the kegs. There...

What to expect from first time keg conditioning

I took it out of the fridge, my ambient room temperature is about 75 degrees. Also, I hooked up my co2 tank and sealed the keg with 30 psi. I'll let it go a few more weeks and check again. This proves once again that patience is key. Thanks!

    Efficiency Problems

Hello Everyone, I was hoping I could get some advice on how to improve my all grain efficiency. I've searched the forums, read books, and watched video tutorials to try to help improve my process, but I keep having a problem with low efficiency. I brew predominately small batches (1 gallon)...

Tequila barrel beer question - alcohol content

Thanks. I didn't think about doing math, although it seems the obvious answer now :)

Tequila barrel beer question - alcohol content

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the forums and fairly new to brewing as well. I have a 5 liter oak barrel that I'm currently aging tequila in. I plan emptying the tequila and putting some (currently in primary) agave wit in the barrel for secondary. Since I don't have much experience using...
