It's a fridge from ikea, it does not have a freezer compartment. It has the compressor hump like all other fridges. I can fit two kegs in there and a 5 lbs co2 bottle on the hump

I just finished mine. The build itself wasn't much. Just added wheels to it. Added a stainless steel plate onto of it and drilled a hole for the tower. The tower is a snake tower from Krome. I have 2x Perlick 650ss and the drip tray is also from Krome.

Belgian Blond Ale Revvy's Belgian Blonde (Leffe Clone)

I'm brewing this recipe this weekend. Are people generally doing this with 158 F mash? Is FG still going down to 1.010? That is uncomfortably high. I might chicken down to about 155 F I will be using the recipe (LHBS was out of styrian goldings) with Magnum instead of Styrian goldings, just to...

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

So where is final gravity ending for most people? Are many getting it down to 1.005 with us05? Mine is now at 1.009, and I raised the temperature to 69 F to hopefully get it lower

    Saison Cottage House Saison

I helped my fermentation by bumping up the temperature. I started at 68F slowly raised it and was holding 80F the last days of it. It finished within 2 weeks down to 1.002

    Saison Cottage House Saison

Not sure if you were talking about me, but I will nonetheless keep everyone posted Was 1.014 last friday, was 1.008 yesterday (Sunday) I'll probably measure it again on Tuesday, this one should end at 1.000-1.004, I have little doubt :) (I have a conical so taking samples is super easy) I...

    Saison Cottage House Saison

Three days since I pitched the yeast and the gravity is down to 1.030, from OG 1.052. I frankly thought if would be lower by now, not that it makes a difference. The smell is really really good and the taste is also good. I can imagine that the taste will be suberb when this dries up with...

What's wrong with the hopblocker? I've only used my system once, so I don't have much experience with the hopblocker, but I had no troubles what so ever with it

    Saison Cottage House Saison

I contacted Blichmann, and they told me not to worry about the honey burning on the element. So I will probably add it in the last 5 minutes of the boil I am though tempted of adding it to the fermenter after high krausen. Has anyone tested both?

    Saison Cottage House Saison

Would you agree that the safest option for the honey is to add it to the fermenter? I asked since i have electric element in the bk and do not want the honey to burn on the element What would you recommend Edit: this was supposed to be a qoute to azscoob

    Saison Cottage House Saison

A little question, I'm brewing with electricity and am using Breweasy and it has the Boil Coil inside the brewkettle. I was wondering about they honey. In the recipe it says it should be added the last five minutes of the boil. I was wondering if there is any danger that in will sink to...
