    Apple juice starter

    In a few days i'm going to try to make apple hard cider and was curious if I could make a starter for the yeast out of some apple juice that I plan on using in the main batch? I have 2lbs of dextrose and yeast nutrient if that would help.

    LF cluster rhizome

    breaking any laws?

    Ok me and a friend just started homebrewing. People at our work know we are finishing our first batch this week. Is it breaking any laws by giving them a bottle or two? I know it seems like a cheesy question but we just dont wanna chance stepping over the line.
