    An old, full keg. Help?

    So we found an old 7.75 gallon Sam Adams keg while cleaning the attic. It's still full. I need to find a way to empty it safely so I can put it into service for myself. This thing is at least 10 years old so I don't care about keeping the beer. Anyone got some hints for me so I don't get blown...

    Oat-mania!

    I love the effect that oats have in an oatmeal stout and I was wondering whether any of you wonderful people had ever used oats in another style to get that silky mouthfeel. I was juggling the idea of doing an oat mild in my head. I can't wait to hear about all your experiments!

    Spice Grinder = Grain Mill?

    I've got a couple of fairly cheap electric spice grinder that I use for spices and coffee. Does anyone think I'd be able to use something like that instead of a grain mill when I switch over to all-grain?
