for 20-25L (5.5 - 7 gallons), 60 minute mash, 60 minute boil, no chill - about 3.5 hours. for a 38L (10 gallon) batch, about 4-4.5 hours, as I have to 90 minute boil and stagger the sparge. Add half an hour for chilling (usually anything late hopped only).
