    It's all roasted. The degrees Lovibond (ºL) will tell you how much its roasted. It will vary depending on the manufacturer. Just chocolate can have a 200ºL difference. Blackprinz = debittered black malt. Used for color without adding the burnt bitterness flavor.

    wort chillers

    i'd be careful. I have heard of chillers made out of cheap copper will actually melt (copper coated). Make sure its pure copper, and you wont have an issue. Northern Brewer sells a good immersion chiller, and from what I understand its, USA made.
