    co2 regulator creep - keg blown: better regulator

    I replaced my co2 tank after a nice long time and twice it's creeped and blown the kegs. The first time I thought it was (idiot) user error but I think the regulator's shot. It's a cheap regulator that came with a "kegging starter kit" so I'd prefer to toss the heap and get a good/better/best...

    Keg conditioning - cold or room temp?

    I just kegged a DIPA. It smells wonderful - it tastes like rubber bands. I'm thinking (a.k.a. My hope) is that a good 3 weeks or more in the keg and it'll be drinkable. (Though I may be screwed on the hop aroma and flavor, but if I have to choose between Hoppy Rubber Band Fight In Your Mouth...

    It's alive! (fermentation reboot after moving carboy)

    I have an extract Pliny clone that had a robust fermentation for the week, then by day 14, the airlock was dead. On day 19 I dry hopped.
