    Resistance of stout faucet

Holy crap. Apparently I don't understand the science well after all. I used the calculators and well, yeah. That's a lot of pressure. (Btw I am putting bitters through the tap hence why I was planning the higher volumes of co2, i would never do so much for stout).I guess it makes better...

    Resistance of stout faucet

Ooh. Math. Could be fun. I have my pressure set to 30 to meet the typical 2.5 volumes of co2. I use the charts rather than the calculators and feel this is set correctly. (My chemistry is good enough to understand basic partial pressure math). I will hunt for that procedure, though it...

    Resistance of stout faucet

That is the common serving pressure, but the tap itself could not be 30 or you could not push it through without increasing the serving psi to 40-50

Anyone know the psi resistance of stout faucet? That restrictor plate must offer quite a bit and I am trying balance my draft system.

    Hop back/ Hop Rocket question

I have a hop rocket and never use it. Pellet stuff WILL clog it! Hopbacking is a fun idea but not really necessary much of the time. I typically perform a 30 minute flame out addition (for math in the calculators I say 20 min) and apply a strong dry hopping in secondary. My IPAs get 4oz of...

Ideas for using a blender brewing

Someone gave me a used blender today. I don't need it to break up fruit or hops or grain. Any ideas? Could I use the motor for something? It is likely low HP and just high RPMs so it can't pull much torque.
