    OMG, Tony, these folks are really into secondary fermentation. I can do that with sugary fruit added and tight caps removed daily - makes for a nice beer - (sun dried bananas work really fast!) They have mega-complicated brew systems. I was looking for a real basic, natural kombucha forum...
