I am about to secondary a hefe that I boiled in orange concentrate should I add coriander seeds to give it a zest or is it to late and will this be two sweet I have heard mixed reviews on both topics
So this is my second batch its a hefe and I came home today and fermentation is going strong and the krausen is bursting through the bung and air lock and I dint have a tube can I just clean it off resanatize and put it back on
So this was my first brew and I added orange peel to the boil at about 20 mins till I chilled. There was hunk of orange attached to the peel did I boil it long enough or is this gonna make me sick. Its in secondary if I taste it now will it already be poison.
