    Filtering wine

I am hoping you guys & gals will be able to help me with the good advice to help me make wise choices with home brews. My question is if I want to filter my wine to simply remove small visible particles that don't want to settle out. Is it ok to use sanitized coffee filters?

Cleaned and sanitized 2liter bottles as growlers

Has anyone ever used cleaned and sanitized 2 liter bottles as cheap growlers to share brew with people who aren't the best at returning bottles? I was told different things by different people. Some say yes you can do it, others say no don't because of oxygen permeating the plastic..

Does anyone know if you can naturally condition bottles with Splenda or truvia? I'm sure misspelled the names. Will yeast ferment that stuff? I don't have the option if force carbonating the soda, and would like to make my soda a bit more waist friendly.
