Well I'm looking to start 10 gallon batches soon. As far as space and location not sure yet I'm about to move to California and I'm not sure on the space I'll have when I get there. Why do you ask?

I want to go full electric with HERMS but don't have the slightest knowledge of electronics. Does anyone have recommendations or advice or anything helpful resources
So I did some experimenting this weekend and made a 1 gallon batch....when I pitched the yeast I put the whole packet of yeast in it which is enough for 5 gallons was that to much for one gallon? Do I need to bottle it sooner?
