    coffee in beer

    I am looking to brew a porter with some vinilla and coffee later this month but am unfamiliar with adding coffee to beer. Does anyone have experience with different roasts of coffee and when to add? I've heard cold press works the best but I've also heard just grinding and adding to the boil...

    new to forum

    I just wanted to say hello to everyone. New to the forum but not new to brewing. I brewed quite a bit in the past, all extract, but stoped for a while after moving and such. Now I am back with a vengence. I have a newly set up kegarator with 3 taps and am currently brewing to fill them...
