    Cooler Mash Tun Valve

    I have a 10 gallon igloo cooler. I bought a stainless false bottom on Amazon. Now I need to figure out what valve/fitting I need to hook hose from false bottom too. I assume some bulkhead fitting?

    Drilling Holes in Mash Tun lid for Sparge

    In looking over my igloo 5 Gal cooler that I use for mashing it appears the lid is completely hollow. I was thinking I could drill a hole in top and thread a barb hose fitting in it and drill a series of small holes in the bottom for sparging. Has anyone tried this?
