I had similar sort of webbing on my hops as well. I think it was spider mites, and I noticed some other spider mite symptoms with my hops, but am interested to see what those who are more knowledgeable think.
When I moved recently, I put all the sours that weren't ready to be bottled in some pin lock kegs I bought, where they still reside. It made moving them, and now storing them, easier, and I was also concerned about all of the sloshing around.

It is possible, though not too likely. Though just in-case, I put a check-valve on my sour gas line.

How are you all oxygenating for these beers (De Bom in particular)? Wyeast suggests 4ppm, and I am a little fearful of perhaps over oxygenating using my diffusion stone and pure 02 (and also possibly contaminating my 02 setup, though I suppose the stone could be boiled and tubing switched out)...
I'm having this same problem with dual body regulator I just received with my kegging kit. One of the gauges is acting the same way (needle going bezerk at anything over 8psi, buzzing real bad, etc.).
