    Need help

    I've not yet gotten really serious about home brewing, but I have done a few batches from kits, mainly the Mr. Beer kits. Just recently purchased a new whole grain kit, it is the black series by shift3, a one gallon pale ale kit. My problem is I need the instruction booklet, lol. Anyone have one...

    Anyone tried this?

    Found this recipe in an easy rider magazine of all places. Is just simply gallon of water, 3lbs clover honey and a packet of yeast. Ferment in a gallon jug with an air-lock, rack it into another gallon jug, then bottle. Left out times just for speed of typing, lol. Am new to any type of brewing...
