    Sales tax at my LHBS

    My LHBS recently stopped charging sales tax on beer ingredients...grain/hops/yeast. He writes 'food' on the receipt when ringing you out. He obviously still charges sales tax on equipment, etc. Any other LHBS do this? Is he risking anything?
