    Slow carbonation

    I let the fermentation go a total of 2 weeks, and at the end the beer was right were it was suppose to be for the gravity reading. Hopefully this increase in temperature will wake up the yeast from their sleep!

    Hello all, Background; this is my first batch of beer, and for the most part, I am pleased with how it turned out. It is a extract kit for American Pale Wheat Ale (about 5%-6%ABV), and I gotta say it sure is tasty. I racked 5 gallons of the beer on top of 4.5oz corn sugar (simple syrup)...
