    Yeast -hangover causual link?

Thanks for reply :) (and u just reminded me to take my vitamins lol) But yeah I feel it may be more a dehydration of the brain. However what is interesting about home brew is the symptoms are less nausea and headache ; but more low energy levels and low mood and increased anxiety.

    Yeast -hangover causual link?

Thanks guys :) I was just really conflicted with all the information, does anyone know if a supplement could be used instead of yeast. However I do think I would be very naive of me to blame the hangover on the yeast and not myself lol; I have found with home brew a hangover is not so intense.

    Beer Tastes bit like cider

This is my second time brewing and I've never used yeast extract before, but I have heard its better so I think I'm gunna use that next time. Also you seem to know what your talking about, I get a lot of yeast sediment in my beer. Do u reckon I could use a coffee filter to stop this happening...

Yeah yesterday I added more sugar to the beer to make it stronger. It had a mini explosion. Won't be doing that again!
