    So as long as the hose attached hangs lower than the the liquids inside, it'll create the siphon correct?

    Sp, bobbyM i bought your fittings for my keg. Everything is great. I just chopped off some o the diptube to get proper clearance to the bottom of the keg. I just did the test run and the siphon didn't work. I was left with probably 1.5 gallons at the bottom of the keg. Any suggestions?

    No thats te problem. The nipple was just baaaarely long enough for me to even screw the ball valve on. I need to find a 2.5 inch nipple i think and i should be ok.

    So would these selections be everything i need. Will that ball valve screw right onto the bulkhead with the diptube or will i need another fitting? Anyone know? This is off the site listed above

    So lowes had no stainless steel fittings for my weld set up on my keggle. Any other regular chain stores you know of sell the couplers? And also the nipplw for my cooler mashtun?

    Well heres the finished product, ended up using a torpedo false bottom. Hopefully it works alright. I need to buy a longer coupler i think it is that goes from the inside through the cooler to the outside that the ball valve screws onto. I have a tiiiny leak and the handle is a bit to close to...

    Awesome i didnt know if the cylnder style igloos gave the best results. How about the bazooka style false bottom or the copper bottoms? Ive seen pvc as well??

    Chopping the top off the keg this weekend. Any recommendations or tips on the process would w great! Also on where a good place to buy some cheap parts to throw on like thermometer and ball valve. Also, just picked up a cooler, whats good cheap false bottom setup for a rectangle cooler.
