This kettle is near-new, only used 3-4 times. Unfortunately, I have to give up the hobby, so I'm selling the last of my stuff. I'm willing to ship, as I still have the box, but I prefer local pickup. Sells new for $200.

Don't expect any extract from the pumpkin if you mash with it. It might give you one or two points if you roast it to get caramelization and let it mash for 90 minutes, but in my experience, it does almost nothing. To get real pumpkin flavor, I'd also use at least .25 lb in the last fifteen...

If it's a red chili, I love a good dark beer. A stout or porter with an easy, dry finish. Occasionally I'll throw a saison in my glass instead, but I tend to keep lighter beers for pairing with green chili.

Do you think a 3/32 bit might be too big? That's the smallest I have, and it looks smaller than the dremmel slits in the photos. I just don't want to have too much husk coming through and clogging my hoses.
