Bottled my RIS in 22 oz bottles. Been in the bottles about a month. There is a defiate alcohol presence 8.4% fg. Taste is about spot on for a RIS, it just doesn't seem very carbonated. There is almost no head when poured. Help please!!
I just brewed my first beer (imperial Russian stout) and I bottled in 22 oz bottles. Does it take longer to carbonate the beer In those bottles than in a 12 oz bottle? The directions said wait two weeks before drinking. Do I need to wait longer?
