    How long washed yeast stay alive after racking?

    I want to rack my beer to secondary for dry-hop, however, I wont be able to wash the yeast/trub for about 5 day afterwards. If I leave some beer in there & keep the airlock on, will it stay alive or am I risking viability? Thanks

    IPA - WCS with Amarillo/Simcoe/Citra hop additions

    Doing a fairly basic west coast style IPA, 1.070 OG, with 10 oz of hops. Looking for clean bitterness from mid additions & a good nose. I think I have an idea, however, looking for suggestions on how YOU'D hop/dryhop it :D .5 Chinook 4 oz Amarillo 4 oz Simcoe 2 oz Citra Thanks!

    G'Knight clone-mini mash, Need suggestions

    Brewing this up next. Need help/opinions on grain bill & sub'ing it out for a portion of extract (liquid munich mostly). Also, anything else that sticks out.
