I know most of the nation is still in the death grip on winter, but here in Washington State Spring has sprung. This year's hop crop should be one of the best ever. Some of my plants are already 6" tall.

Yes it is very thin. It was solid like a sheet, and when I moved the carboy it broke up. It has been in secondary and covered for two weeks. It was in the primary for ten days.
My first apfelwein has been in the fermenter for 6 weeks now and it is still bubbling away. How much longer should I wait to bottle? I don't want any bombs.
