    Is my beer infected?

    I've made several beers and this is the first one that looked like the pictures above. I'm hoping im just over reacting. If the pictures don't do it justice it looks like a thin layer of icing on top of the beer. Thanks in advance for any advice anyone offers.

    noobs try on an irish red

    Going all grain.

    I forgot to add priming sugar!!!!

    Tittle basically says it all. All the bottles are already caped. I know ill have to uncap them to do anything. Should i dump them back into the bottling bucket or just add sugar to each of them. Thanks for any advice in advance.
