    Anyone try BRY-97 yet

    I used this in a commercial batch UK 5bbl/820ltr Pale Ale brew last Thurs. Rehydrated as per instructions, aerated as it's how my equip is set up and pitched at 19.3ºc. Used a 500g pack so slightly underpitched according to their recommendations (normally use 250g 05) but it kicked off the same...
