    Critique / Let me know if I am wrong

    I've decided, after this past winter and trying to brew outside in -10 degree weather unsuccessfully, to go with a simple electric system in the basement. I will be going to buy this stuff this weekend so my electrician friend can wire it up, and don't feel like making 20 trips to Home...

    Hi All. I'm new here but not to brewing. I tend to make smaller beers, >5%. The husband has the market cornered on the crazy Imperial Stouts and Belgian Quads and Pliny the Younger Clones and so on. But I prefer a beer I can have a few of and still hold a conversation. But so yes...
