    I used a calculator online and the adjusted temp said it's really 1.036. Cooling the wort now so I will know where I stand soon.

    I tried out this recipe for my first shot at all grain. After I lautered my gravity reading was 1.025. My temp from my mash tun only lost a few degrees over the hour. What could have gone wrong? Edit: The reading was taken at 145 degrees. Going to take another reading at 70.
