    new Edelmetall Bru Burner

Hey all, Christmas is early this year. Got this in the mail today-wife ordered it and she had the brains to get the extension legs. Gotta love her for listening-who knew. Anyway it looks like this thing could heat the house or melt gold bars. I can't wait to give it a try. Does anyone else own...

    New to lager

I am going to try a lager beer in the near future. I have a temp controller and a small fridge. My fermenter wont fit with a air lock so I will use a blow off tube. Is 3/8 tubing ok or should I use a larger diam? All the photos I see use a larger tube. Thanks

wyeast 1056 vrs dry packet yeast

Hello all Just brewed my 4th batch on Saturday and used wyeast 1056smack pack. I have noticed the airlock activity is alot slower than previous batches with dry packet yeast. Is this normal. sg 1.042 and pitched at 68 degrees on a midwest irish red ale. Thanks.
