    Ready already?

    Okay I whipped together a extract kit. The OG was 1.050 and this was 4/20 @ 10:00pm. Checked the next morning and it was very active sitting @ about 70deg. It is now as of 4/22 @ 12:30pm not very active about 4 out of 10 and it is @ 1.020. Is this thing ready for the secondary or what?

    Temperature controller question.

    I am going to convert a freezer to a keezer and I am going to use a temperature controller but I am confused because I noticed thay some are dual control? Would I need a dual cotrol if it is just for a freezer? It seems like I would just need it to turn off the compressor when it gets cold...

    How long before?

    I have just finished fermenting a extract. My first one at that.. It is a munton export stout and it only took about 3 days till the bubbles stopped so I am assuming it is finished fermenting. I have had the primary wrapped in a heating blanket on low. How long before I can keg this and drink...

    First Cider, Here's My Situation.
