So I have some questions about fining substances.
I made an AG batch of brown ale and it cleared up pretty nicely. Do you need to use gelatin and/or other fining agents to clear up your homebrew.
If so what are the best ones to use and when should they be added I know every brewer does things...
So just as the title says if I use one of those primarys that has a lid that is not air tight will my brew be pooched? I did transfer over to a secondary carboy to finish it off. Should I just go with the carboy next time?
The ferment was good had a good crust on top.
