    Help: Missed my OG by a long shot

    I am about to pitch my yeast in a 5 gal batch of Belgian Whit. It's a mini-mash (2.5lb grain/5lb LME). The target OG was 1.053. Mine came out at 1.044. I've never missed the mark on OG before. I am guessing there is nothing I can do, besides throw it in the tank and see how it comes out...
