    So the short of the story is that I can use the refractometer for easy og reads but better off with a hydrometer for anything after fermentation That a fair assessment?

    Calder I did not know about this shame on me...any suggestions on where I can read up on this? I guess I'll go by an old fashion hydrometer tomorrow

    Ha!!! I'm not that adventurous. And besides its still beer so at the end of the day I just have to drink a lot more of it to get the job done...not the worst spot to be in lol

    Thank you for the response! I kinda figured that was the case. I was told by the local brew shop that the amylase would wake it back up but now I'm not so sure Guess I have a session ipa lol Anyone else wanna chime in?
