    Adding vanilla extract

    Life happens and I forgot to add vanilla bean to a mead.... would vanilla extract work just the same? Add a few drops, call it good? Lol

    Vanilla bean....

    I have a question about vanilla bean. I am in secondary Fermentation, and about to add vanilla bean. I thought there was a thread about Madagascar Vanilla bean, and not to use it? Anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

    Clariying...

    I have 1 gal cinnamon mead not doing so well.. It has been sitting for as long as the others, but is still very cloudy, as the others are well on their way to be bottled... Even the pomegranite is clearing well... Any suggestions? I'll get a pic of it soon...

    Some concern...

    I started a cinnamon mead about 2 months ago, along with three others (wolf moon, pomegranite, and an apple cieser). The cinnamon is looking kind weird, without light behind it, it looks kinda green ish, and gden rose ish with light behind it... Same procedures for all of them, but this one is...
