It's fun to do that stuff transporting isn't bad just don't hit pot holes my brew buddy and I actually split cost on equipment so we get badass stuff works out well haha
Looks like you will be running very close to bourbonnais IL I would stop at brickstone restaurant and brewery they have there national award winning pale ale which beat three Floyd's this year they have good food also
If u can wait to weeks I will let u know when I crack a bottle open so far it's awesome but I don't want to give u the recipe if it for some reason doesn't turn out haha
