    light dry cider????

    Hi Guys,I would like to make a dry cider with about 3.5% alcohol. How do I go about doing this???Do I just dilute my juice with water to get my desired OG??? Any suggestions would be appreciated.:mug: Cheers

    stove top pasteurizing with plastic pet bottles????

    stove top pasteurizing with plastic pet bottles can it be done or not. I like to bottle my cider in coopers 740ml plastic bottles and I always cold crash to put the yeast to sleep,but I would love to stove top pasteurize but wasn't sure about the plastic bottles. Any thoughts?????? Cheers...
