    Considering Safale US-05

    I just bottled up a pale ale using S-05 , started at 1.055 and ended up at 1.006 , I taste hops and malt , no real yeast flavor to the beer , I brewed up an IPA using this yesterday so I hope it tuns out as well as my pale ale

    I wonder if you just got a bad beer , this is one of my favorite beers , been in business since 97 and since 03 has been owned by Duvel, in Brew Like A Monk they go on how they have used the same methods in this brewery as in Belgium maybe try another one from a different package store
