Would it be a bad idea to rack to a temperary vessel in order to clean the primary vessel and then re-rack to it again to be used for secondary. The reason I ask is the bucket i have is pretty scratched up and I dont want to take any chances. Plus, I want to be able to see whats going on...

Just did our first batch two days ago (Saterday). Into the carboy at 3:00.
