Honestly I wouldn't change anything because it turned out to be one of the best beers I've made. Was my brew dead on to Founders? No. Was it really close? Yes. Was it a great beer? Yes. Perhaps someone would like to take this recipe and make some adjustments based on the info from dblab33...
