    With a 1.09 og it seems like the excessive alcohol may be coming through. With your fg at 1.012 that gives you a heavy beer at about 10% abv. I would just dial the grain back a couple pounds for your next batch

    I just force carbed my blue moon clone, 48hrs at 30psi. After adjusting to normal serving pressure I am getting a glass full of foam.     I also just took another temp reading after leaving the back cover on the compressor off for an hour and saw that the temp dropped to 32.

    I used US-05 (not rehydrated) and let it ferment around 60-61F. After noticing the slow fermentation I changed the location 2 days ago and now it's around 64-65F. Thanks for the help!
