Brewed this about a month ago. 1 week in the primary, 1 week in the secondary and 2 weeks in the bottles. Delicious! You have outdone yourself on this recipe. Gracias.

Here's my plan. I have the brackets welded to the sides with bolts going through bi figure with this isometric it should lay flat when raised. It may work?
I'm not sure if the kettle mt lt layout is the best but that's all negotiable.
Subscribed! Been designing my own foldaway 3 tier compact. You've got some great ideas on this one. I'll share my drawings when I get a minute. Can't wait to see the final product. Good work.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the long slits held up great. No warping, really great flow rate too. I don't see a need to make any additional cuts. Super easy to clean and it never came out of the bulkhead. Cheers!

I know I know...another counterflow chiller. I'm hoping that mine shows a little more affordability than even some of the cheaper versions out there. There were few things that I wanted to do with this chiller
1. Not solder anything
2. Use as little expensive copper as possible

Yeah I'm still using a stainless bulkhead. I thought about adding another row of slits. But I'm going to test it first to see how it works before I make any major modifications. Thanks for your thoughts.
