I'm sure my problem is specific to my account. It started after I copied a recipe so I could change things on it while keeping the original recipe the same. It is now the weekend in NZ so I'm sure I won't hear anything until next week.

I recently brewed an IPA with X331/Strata, Citra, Simcoe in a 2:1:1 ratio. The smell was very dank but the finished flavor was pure grapefruit, no dank at all. I have a few ounces left and will try to combine them with some apollo and columbus.

Did you ever try this and how did it turn out?

Does this prevent blowoff because both kegs are under pressure? What pressure do you start with in each keg and what would you set the spunding valve relief pressure at?
