    Yes, I pasteurized them before adding. Added some water and got the juice to a nice rolling boil.

    I am definitely guilty of having one or two and then driving. Not proud of it and a cab is definitely a better option. Keep in mind that almost the rest of the entire world is zero tolerance, even 1 beer so it's all relative!

    Needing some advice on my very first batch.

    Took a SG at the 10 day point, all the SG calcs were SPOT ON to estimated, tasted it and it was amazing. Bottling on Friday, thanks so much for the advice fellas. I even started a Belgian batch on Monday to keep some in the pipeline. So glad I joined this. Thanks again.
