I hate to tell you this but you shouldn’t use copper for a chiller in the fermenter - the low pH of the beer is going to strip copper into your beer. Switch that out for a SS coil and you’re good to go!

I’ve had the same problem on 3 out of 3 batches with the racking valve. I need to contact Spike about it.

Have you tried washing it with dish soap and warm water? Scrub out every port really well too.

Brewbuzzard, what did you use to control the solenoid?

Can I ask what your setup is with the Pump with regards to fittings and hoses etc?

Is anyone having issues with the spike cleaning ball working with a March pump? Mine will turn but doesn’t spray hard enough to get much of the top wet much less clean.

How many turns do you have from full closed to full open? Do they fall back a little when you adjust them or do they stay exactly where you put them(if that makes sense)?

You can get different size barbs for the MFL fittings. I have used 1/2”, 5/16, 1/4 and 3/16

Nicely done! Where did you get those (needle?) gas valves? Do you have more than a 1/2 turn to control a low simmer? Do they “fall back” a bit when you adjust them?
