    Thanks for the advice. The Wheat DME is Munton's, so I think you're right about it only being 55% wheat. I didn't realize that, so thanks for pointing it out! I was planning on using Munich LME, not grain. Are you saying I should instead just steep some munich grain and not use the extract...
