OH HEY! I'm here. I just haven't been posting as much because of crazy work stuff. No way in hell he'd make me quit brewing haha. On a side note; He's VERY into my home brewing now. I brewed an APA that he really really likes, so much that when it's ready and on the fridge he keeps asking...

I usually drink one pint while sparging, then one pint after mt 60' hop addition, then one pint after I'm done. More than that and I know for sure I'll mess something up haha.

I out-hop most of the men I know hehe. I don't see it as a big deal, though. I just really like bitter beer.

My first Keg is here! After cleaning it and taking care of it, it's ready to go. I'm the happiest girl alive.
