    Added apricot puree and still fermenting 3 wks later

    This is the first batch that I've used a fruit purée, and I'm surprised how long it is taking this beer to finish.     New keg smells like rubber

    Got a new 3 g keg and it stinks pretty bad. I think the smell is coming from the rubber gasket on top. Is there any quick way to get rid of the smell? New to kegging, can't wait to pour the first pint!
