I had a double brew this weekend, A rogue Dead Guy clone, and a Sweetwater type IPA......both are bubbling away in their fermenters as I type this......and I'm also enjoying a Hopslam also...:)

as long as you use a temp controller you should not freeze the beer. You cannot just run the freezer on the lowest(highest?) setting it will still bring the temps down below freezing....
